Frequently Asked Questions

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 and will send you a tracking/reference number. Using this number, you will be able to track your delivery via the Royal Mail website  Track and Trace - Track your Item | Royal Mail Group Ltd. You will be able to add a 'safe place' for the delivery should there not be anybody in at the delivery address on the day of delivery.

Once you receive your confirmation email, we will be processing your order. 

If you want to make changes to your order we will of course try and accommodate these changes, but please give us as much notice as possible. Your order will be made 48hours before your delivery day, so any changes or cancellation requests after this time unfortunately wont be able to be made.

To make any needed changes to your order, please email us admin@stuffedbakes.co.uk including: your name, order number, recipients name, delivery address & date.

If there is an issue with your delivery, we are really sorry and will work hard to resolve this for you. Please contact us as soon as possible via email admin@stuffedbakes.co.uk including: your name, order number, recipients name, delivery address & date.

Our stuffed cookies with chocolate based or caramel fillings can be heated in the microwave for up to 10 seconds. Our favourite is to enjoy these with ice cream... yum!

For the freshest taste, we recommend that you eat your stuffed cookies within 3-4 days of receiving your order. Please do not store in the fridge, but instead in an airtight container.

Unfortunately not. We do not recommend that you freeze any of our stuffed cookies as our cookie dough is frozen before we bake and shouldn't be re-frozen. Freezing will also harm the taste of our fillings, the best taste is what is most important!
